Horseradish sauce
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- low-fat yogurt - 1 c
- black pepper to taste optional - 1 item
How to make horseradish sauce:
Mix yogurt with cornstarch until smooth. Add horseradish and vinegar. Cook in top of a double boiler until slightly thickened. Serve over or with broccoli or other vegetables.Recipe categories: Low protein, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
