Ingredients/Components

  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • low-fat yogurt - 1 c
  • black pepper to taste optional - 1 item

How to make horseradish sauce:

Mix yogurt with cornstarch until smooth. Add horseradish and vinegar. Cook in top of a double boiler until slightly thickened. Serve over or with broccoli or other vegetables.
