- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- yellow cornmeal - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
How to make honey moist cornbread:
Heat oven to 400°. In medium bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserteRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Side dish.
