Honey bun cake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2/3 c
- milk - 2 tbsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- water - 1/3 c
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix with pudding - 1 pkg
How to make honey bun cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar2 tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl, beat at medium speed until smooth. Set aside. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Set aside. Pour half of batter in greased 9x13 in. pan. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture over batter. Pour other half of batter in pan and sprinkle other half of sugar mixture. Gently swirl batter with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle glaze over cake in pan and cool.Glaze: Mix together and drizzle over cake.
