  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • dark brown sugar
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • orange juice
  • sweet potatoes, blended until smooth - 36 oz

How to make holiday sweet potatoes:

Topping:1 c. dark brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. all-purpose flour1/4 c. butter Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
