Ingredients/Components
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- walnuts, chopped
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- jar mincemeat - 1 oz
- red candied cherries - 1 lb
- apricot brandy optional - 1/4 c
How to make holiday fruit cake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Grease and flour 9-inch tube pan. Mix together flour and baking soda; set aside. Combine eggs, mincemeat and milk. Stir in fruit and nuts. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into pan. Bake until center springs back when touched aRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
