Holiday cheese ball

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• small bunch scallions - 1 item
• deli sliced beef sandwich meat - 1 pkg

How to make holiday cheese ball:

Dice all beef and scallions to taste. Mix thoroughly with cream cheese. Shape into ball. Wrap with plastic and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.

Note: Flavor gets stronger as it begins to warm.
