Holiday cheese ball

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
• green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
• seasoning salt - 2 Tbsp
• small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
• pecans, chopped - 2 c

How to make holiday cheese ball:

Soften cheese at room temperature. Cream and gradually stir in drained crushed pineapple until smooth. Add 1 cup of pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill mixture well. Form into a ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans. Chill until serving time. G
