  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk
  • flour - 5 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 3 c
  • hot water
  • Crisco shortening - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • stick margarine, softened - 1 item
  • box chocolate cake mix - 1 item
  • premelted chocolate - 3 pkg

How to make ho ho cake:

Bake cake as directed in jelly roll pan or cookie sheet at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Mix flour and milk together. Cook until thick and cool completely. Cream sugar, shortening, vanilla and softened margarine together until smooth. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Frosting: Combine melted margarine, egg, vanilla, water, powdered sugar and chocolate together until smooth. Frost cake. Cake must be refrigerated.
