Heavenly salad

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• hot water - 1 c
• miniature marshmallows - 1/2 lb
• whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• 2 can crushed pineapple
• lime gelatin - 1 pkg
• cherry gelatin, dissolved in 2 c - 1 pkg

How to make heavenly salad:

Dissolve lime gelatin in the hot water. Place in a double boiler and add marshmallows. Stir until nearly dissolved and remove from heat. Add crushed pineapple, including the juice. Blend together the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add to lime gelatin mixture. Chill until slightly set. Cool the dissolved cherry gelatin, but do not gel. Pour over lime gelatin mixture. Chill until set.
