- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- reserved cake mixture - 1 c
- Frosting:6 Heath bars
How to make heath bar cake:
Frosting:6 Heath bars1 c. reserved cake mixture Stir sugar into flour and mix with butter; blend until it looks like cornmeal. Set aside 1 cup mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread with topping and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Topping: Put 6 Heath bars in freezer. When hard, break into pieces in wrappers. Add 1 cup reserved mixture and put on top of batter.
