Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- 10x sugar - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple with juice
- chopped walnuts or pecans - 1 c
- shredded coconut, chopped - 1 c
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes
How to make hawaiian wedding cake:
Mix above ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 11x17 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.Cool and frost with:8 oz. softened cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla2 c. 10x sugar. Beat together until smooth, then spread evenly over sheet cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
