Hamburger vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- frozen corn - 2 c
- coleslaw mix - 2 c
- frozen green beans - 2 c
- V-8 juice - 4 c
How to make hamburger vegetable soup:
In a saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a slow cooker, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in beef mixture.
