Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 1/4 lb
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- noodles - 1 item
- can mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 oz
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
In a large skillet, cook and stir meat and onions in butter until meat is brown and onions are tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over noodles.
