Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- beef stock
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- can mushrooms, drained reserving liquid - 1 oz
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
Brown chuck, stirring to separate particles; drain. Add mushrooms and onion, cooking a few minutes longer. Remove from heat and blend in flour. Add beef broth, reserved mushroom liquid, salt, pepper and ketchup. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend in sour cream; heat a minute longer. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to directions. Serve stroganoff over noodles and sprinkle with parsley.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
