Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 oz
- slices bacon, diced - 3 item
- hot buttered noodles - 1 item
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
In skillet, brown bacon; add beef and brown. Add onions and cook, but do not brown. Drain fat. Add seasonings, stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat; do not boil. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
