  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • leaf lettuce - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • diced celery - 1 c
  • diced, cooked chicken - 3 c
  • cubed apples - 1/2 c
  • seedless grapes, cut in half - 1 c

How to make pecan chicken salad:

Mix all ingredients together and serve over lettuce. Serves 4.
