Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 2 lb
- potatoes, sliced - 10 item
- onions, sliced - 3 item
- green peppers, diced - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- cans sliced mushrooms - 2 item
- water - 3/4 c
- garlic salt - 1 1
How to make hamburger hot pot:
In skillet, brown hamburger meat. Drain and add garlic salt. In large crock-pot place a single layer of potatoes. Add a layer of onions. Sprinkle 1/3 of peppers on onions. Add a thin layer of mushrooms. Add 1/3 of hamburger as next layer. Spread thin layer of mushroom soup on top of meat. Add water after last layer. Repeat process 3 to 4 times. Cook 8 hours on low heat or 4 to 5 hours on high heat.Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Crock pot.
