Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- grated Colby cheese - 1 c
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown meat, garlic and onion. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Line bottom of 10 x 13-inch pan with 6 tortillas. Put meat on top. Cover with 6 more tortillas. Spread chicken soup over tortillas and then add milk. Cover with cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
