Hamburger casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cooked elbow macaroni - 2 c
- small cans Veg-All - 2 item
- shredded mild sharp cheese - 2 c
How to make hamburger casserole:
Rinse cans of soup with 1/2 water; add this to the casserole.Brown hamburger and drain. In a medium roasting pan, mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of the cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until hot throughout. Top with remaining cheese and serve.
