- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cumin - 1 Tbsp
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large can tomato juice - 1 item
- deer, chopped - 2 lb
How to make venison chili:
Brown meat with onion and green pepper. Drain all fat and add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chili, Deer.
