Ground beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- tomato paste - 3 Tbsp
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- can beef consomme - 1 item
How to make ground beef stroganoff:
Brown meat in large skillet. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until onions are golden brown. Put in crock-pot with next 4 ingredients. Stir, cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on slow (high, 3 hours). Mix sour cream with flour and stir in 1 hour before serving.
