Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- sliced green onions - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- plain yogurt - 1/2 c
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley sprigs - 1/2 c
How to make green onion dip:
In blender, combine all ingredients. Process until almost smooth. Cover; chill. Makes 1 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Dips.
