- salt - 1/2 tsp
- fresh green beans
- fat back meat about 2 x 2-inch piece or more if you like
How to make green beans:
Wash and snap green beans. Put in pot. Put water over top of beans and cook on medium heat (or medium-high) until all of water just cooked out. Just before all water is gone, I sprinkle about 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar in beans.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Spanish.
