Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- egg - 1 item
- hamburger
- tomato juice - 2 c
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- rice - 1 c
- dried dill - 1/2 Tbsp
- chopped yellow onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make greek meatballs:
Mix hamburger with rice, yellow onion, parsley, dill and egg. Mix and mold into small meatballs. Roll each in flour. In a large frying pan, put tomato juice and water. Bring to heavy simmer and add butter. Gently drop meatballs into this sauce, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Greek.
