Ingredients/Components
- vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- creme de menthe - 1/4 c
- lime sherbet - 1 pt
How to make grasshopper dessert:
Beat all together and freeze. Put in fancy dessert dishes or large wine glasses. Put a little whipped cream and a cherry on top. Makes about 8 to 10 servings.A wonderful hot weather dessert.
