Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- popped corn - 20 c
- white corn syrup - 1/4 c
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Place popped corn in brown grocery bag. In microwavable bowl put butter, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and corn syrup. Microwave on High for 4 minutes. Stir well. Pour in brown bag over corn. Stir with wooden spoon. Roll up sack and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Desserts, Microwave, Candy.
