  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • honey - 1 c
  • whole wheat flour - 1 c
  • yellow cornmeal - 1 c
  • sesame seed, toasted - 1/4 c
  • soy flour - 1 c
  • rye flour - 1 c
  • roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped - 3/4 c
  • sunflower seeds, toasted - 1 c
  • rolled oats old fashioned - 2 c
  • wheat germ, toasted - 1/2 c
  • unsweetened coconut, toasted - 1 c

How to make granola:
