Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
How to make gourmet potatoes:
Microwave potatoes in skins. Cool and peel. Shred coarsely. Melt cheese and 1/4 cup butter. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onion and salt. Fold into potatoes. Put in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
