- ground beef - 2 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- cans tomato sauce - 4 oz
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
- can diced tomatoes - 1 item
- 1/2 cloves garlic - 3 item
- can Ortega green chilies - 1 item
- bag shell-roni noodles - 1 (16
How to make goulash:
Brown meat in a large skillet. Dice onion and garlic. Add onion, garlic, green chilies and mushrooms to meat. Cook until all of the ingredients are done. Drain, and set aside.Cook shell-roni noodles according to directions on the package; drain. Stir in meat mixture with the shells, then add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir well, then serve.
