Ingredients/Components
- tomatoes - 2 item
- small garlic clove - 1 item
- Serrano peppers - 2 item
- pork meat, diced
- corn masa mix - 1 item
- cut small onion - 1/4 item
How to make gorditas:
Brown meat and keep covered. Boil tomatoes and peppers. When tender mix tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic in blender. Add to meat mixture, then if needed add 1 teaspoon corn masa mix to thicken sauce. Once ready, put aside.Make tortillas as directed on package of the corn masa mix. While tortilla is still raw, put meat mixture with no juice inside the tortilla, then fold tortilla in half and seal on all sides. Fry tortillas on both sides. Ready to eat.
