- sugar
- butter - 1 item
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- pie crust - 1 item
- cans gooseberries - 2 item
How to make gooseberry pie:
Put berries and juice in saucepan; turn on medium heat. Add sugar and cornstarch; stir until thickens. Before pouring into crust, put sliced butter pieces under top crust (before you put it on). Bake at 400° until brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
