  • egg - 1 item
  • brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
  • prepared horseradish
  • orange marmalade - 4 Tbsp
  • fresh bread crumbs
  • ham, ground

How to make glazed ham loaf:

Mix all ingredients (except marmalade) together very well! Press into buttered loaf pan and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven. Remove from oven and spread with marmalade. Return to oven for another 1/2 hour. Will serve 6 to 8.
