Glazed fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- large bananas - 2 item
- large can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
- vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- large can pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained - 1 item
- plus strawberries - 1 pt
How to make glazed fruit salad:
Cook pudding with 1 cup pineapple juice (add water, if needed, to make cup) until bubbles. Let cool. Add pineapple and oranges. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Two hours before serving, add strawberries and sliced bananas. Seedless grapes may be added. Serves 8 to 10.
