- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- molasses - 4 Tbsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- ground cloves - 1 tsp
How to make gingersnaps:
Mix the ingredients and chill thoroughly. Make balls the size of walnuts and roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
