- onion, diced - 3/4 item
- cabbage - 1 item
- potatoes, boiled and cooled - 4 lb
How to make german potato salad:
Slice cabbage and boil in a lot of salted water until softened; drain. Cut potatoes into small pieces; add diced onion. Mix in cabbage; add oil, cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and toss.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
