Garlic vinaigrette

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• olive oil - 1/2 c
• cloves garlic, finely chopped - 2 item
• freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make garlic vinaigrette:

Combine ingredients. Mix well. Makes 1/2 cup. Recipe may be doubled.
