- oil - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- medium red potatoes - 4 item
How to make garlic potatoes:
Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with oil and add 2 cloves of garlic that have been minced. Bake in shallow baking dish for 20 minutes at 400° until dark golden brown and fork-tender. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
