Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 12 oz
- can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 oz
- butter, melted
- vanilla wafer crumbs about 45
- 1/2 ??? powdered sugar - 1 item
- 1/3 ??? cocoa - 1 item
How to make fudge truffle cheesecake:
Crust:1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45)1 1/2 ??? powdered sugar1 1/3 ??? cocoa1 1/3 c. butter, melted Preheat oven to 300°.Crust: Mix all ingredients. Press firmly on bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour filling into pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
