Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- bananas - 3 item
- fresh strawberries - 1 pt
- jar maraschino cherries - 1 item
- can sliced peaches - 1 item
- box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
- can sliced pears - 1 item
How to make fruit salad:
Slice bananas 1/2-inch thick. Pour lemon juice over and stir. Drain all fruit. Save 1 cup juice. Follow pudding instructions and substitute the 1 cup fruit juice for milk. Pour pudding mix over fruit and mix well. Cover and keep refrigerated. Will keep for days in refrigerator.In honor of Annie Holcomb.
