Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- can fruit cocktail - 1 oz
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix sugar, eggs and fruit cocktail, including juice, together. Add flour, salt and soda. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Mix coconut and brown sugar together. Sprinkle over top of cake. Bake at 300° for 50 minutes.Ice with powdered sugar icing.
