- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- soda
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Pet milk
- Icing:1 stick butter
- fruit cocktail - 1 c
- coconut if desired - 1 c
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Icing:1 stick butter1 1/2 c. sugar1 large c. Pet milk1 tsp. vanilla1 c. coconut (if desired) Mix all ingredients together. Bake in long pan or dish for 40 minutes at 350°. Cook icing until thick and then add coconut, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
