Ingredients/Components
- envelope whipped topping mix - 1 item
- almond extract - 1/4 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- can pineapple chunks - 1 lb
- can apricot halves - 1 lb
- jar maraschino cherries - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Prepare whipped topping according to package directions, adding almond extract. Beat in softened cream cheese. Fold in drained fruit and marshmallows. Freeze in 9 x 9-inch pan or you may freeze in individual servings by using paper baking cups. Freeze several hours or overnight.
