Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- whipped cream - 3/4 c
- pineapple juice - 2 tsp
- mini marshmallows - 2 c
- fruit cocktail - 2 c
- pineapple, drained - 2 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Combine eggs, sugar, vinegar and pineapple juice. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add marshmallows, fruit cocktail and pineapple. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze until firm, approximately 3 to 4 hours.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
