Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- cream - 1 c
- mini marshmallows - 2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 2 c
- mandarin oranges, cut up - 2 c
- cherries, pitted light Royal Anns - 2 c
How to make fruit salad:
Put eggs in double boiler. Add vinegar and sugar, beating constantly. Cook until thick and smooth. Remove from heat; add butter. Cool. When cool, add whipped cream. Mix well together; fold into a mixture of remaining ingredients. Mix altogether.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
