Fresh peach cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed
- peaches, peeled and diced - 4 item
How to make fresh peach cake:
Cream margarine and brown sugar until light. Add eggs. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add alternately with buttermilk. Stir in peaches. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Very good.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Peaches.
