Fresh fruit crisp
Ingredients/Components
- quick cooking rolled oats - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- butter - 1/4 c
- sliced peeled peaches, apples or pears - 5 c
- vanilla ice cream or light cream - 1 item
How to make fresh fruit crisp:
Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Set aside. Place fruit in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit.
