Ingredients/Components
- flaked coconut - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- strawberries - 16 item
- large orange, peeled and sliced - 1 item
- cubed pineapple - 3 c
How to make fresh fruit ambrosia:
Cut orange slices in quarters. Arrange fruit in serving bowl. Combine sugar and coconut. Sprinkle over fruit. Add pineapple juice. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Vegetarian.
