Fresh cucumber salad
Ingredients/Components
- large cucumbers - 2 item
- plain yogurt - 1 c
- powered garlic - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- mint - 1 tsp
- dill - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
How to make fresh cucumber salad:
Peel and cut the cucumbers. Add salt and let them drain for 20 minutes. Drain water off and add all the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Excellent for summer picnics.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Vegetables.
