- garlic salt - 1 item
- pats butter or margarine - 3 item
- large potato red or white - 1 item
How to make garlic potatoes:
Slice potato as if for French frying into foil (large enough to wrap potato). Place butter or margarine on top of pattie. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 40 minutes at 375°. Serves 1.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
