• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• fine chopped red Delicious apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Beat together sugar, oil and eggs until fluffy. On slow speed, add dry ingredients, then vanilla, apples and pecans. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 275° for 30 minutes and at 300° for 1 hour.
